I am an experienced consultant/coach in process improvement, management of change and quality management. My focus is always on pragmatic solutions, adding real value to the customer (rather than offering theoretical proposals) and implementing sustainable change. Enterprise Engineering/DEMO offers a powerful context for doing so.
In our company (Delta Change Consultants) we have further elaborated on Enterprise Engineering, making it even more practical, easier to use and more effective in organisational improvement. The basis of this elaboration is the concept of Elementary Construction Flaws (ECFs), identified by comparing the Organisation Construction with a standard set of objective norms. ECFs allow organisations to solve flaws in a whitebox way as opposed to most so-called improvement mechanisms which address improvement in a black box way, meaning that it is never certain whether the issue is actually solved or not.
